Jessica Holloway has significant experience in civil litigation and regulatory matters. Her cases have included a wide variety of complex disputes involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, intellectual property infringement, antitrust violations and accounting and securities fraud. Ms. Holloway has litigated in federal and state courts and in private arbitrations, and has provided clients with strategic advice and successful representation through all stages of litigation, from before the commencement of a lawsuit through trial and appeal.
Recently, Ms. Holloway was a key member of the trial team that obtained a favorable verdict after the bench trial of a fraud and breach of contract action brought against the manager of an investment fund in federal court in Texas. She also tried and won a Section 1983 civil rights jury trial on behalf of a pro bono client in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Holloway has also obtained favorable dismissals or settlements as a result of her pretrial work, including a favorable settlement on behalf of a broker dealer accused of fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
Before joining Brune & Richard, Ms. Holloway was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2004-2010, where her practice focused on antitrust and complex securities litigation.
